Briefing is an English term for dossier or data collection. The tool is widely used in the areas of administration, public relations, design and advertising.
With a briefing you can create the script solutions that the client is looking for, it is like mapping the problem and obtain clues to the answers. Because it is a set of information about a particular subject or project, it also assists in the full development of a good job.
In general, the document has characteristics relating to a product or service. There are some general characteristics that all briefings have, they are: objectives, target audience, the action details, and deadlines.
