It is a common thing to hear members of the c-suite say that internal communications only exists to waste money. Of course, this is not true. The idea is that (s)he  receives information from various sectors of the organisation and organises it in a way that the content is received by everyone. More than implementing, it is necessary to create routines for the internal communication to become recognised by the employees.
