The Challenge

Laborat贸rio Teuto has the largest pharmaceutical complex in Latin America, with more than 750 drug presentations and more than 3.500 employees.

The client wanted to reshape its internal communication, which the company considers strategic.

As Race Communications was already providing Teuto press advisory services, we initiated transition and adequacy work on the company鈥檚 communication.

The Strategy
Race Communications appointed an employee to work internally at the client鈥檚 premises and be closer to the company鈥檚 news updates.

The agency鈥檚 work involved developing a new layout for the internal newspaper, transforming it into a magazine, and creating a bulletin board.

All content was produced in partnership with the client鈥檚 HR and marketing department.

The Results
Greater interaction among company employees, and better communication among managers, directors and other employees.

In addition, the company was able to present all the objectives, training, new work metrics, and other pertinent information to employees in a transparent manner.
