Teuto Laboratory – Internal Communications


The Challenge

Laboratório Teuto has the largest pharmaceutical complex in Latin America, with more than 750 drug presentations and more than 3.500 employees.

The client wanted to reshape its internal communication, which the company considers strategic.

As Race Communications was already providing Teuto press advisory services, we initiated transition and adequacy work on the company’s communication.

The Strategy

Race Communications appointed an employee to work internally at the client’s premises and be closer to the company’s news updates.

The agency’s work involved developing a new layout for the internal newspaper, transforming it into a magazine, and creating a bulletin board.

All content was produced in partnership with the client’s HR and marketing department.

The Results

Greater interaction among company employees, and better communication among managers, directors and other employees.

In addition, the company was able to present all the objectives, training, new work metrics, and other pertinent information to employees in a transparent manner.
