The Challenge

Allianz Global Assistance is one of the commercial brands of Allianz worldwide Partners. It was founded in 1974, in France, and has operational centres on all continents. The company is present in 76 countries and has more than 17 600 employees and 400 thousand freelancers.

The company contacted Race Communication with the aim to improve its media relations.

Strategy

Having assessed the necessities of the client, Race Communications began promoting Allianz Global Assistance’s actions through the media. We created and maintained a communications channel with the press specialized in the tourism sector, through the creation of articles, infographics, press releases and pitches.

Results

Through the work of Race Communications, Allianz Global Assistance managed to increase the brand recognition in the tourism industry. The media relations actions generated more than 150 published texts as well as meetings with journalists and over 77 million impacts.
